DUTIES

• Responsible for stores' profitability and ensure consistent brand image
• Maintain high product quality and standards by performing regular checks and implementing corrective actions
• Drive business by anticipating business challenges and exploring new innovative solutions
• Exercise strict cost control to maximize operational and manpower efficiency
• Sustain operational excellence through evaluating stores’ achievement and tweaking practices to customize to current market trends
• Ensure stores comply to the law and are in total compliance of Halal requirements
• Drive implementation of company's policies to the ground staff
• Anticipate growth and build an effective team through coaching and leadership
• Analyze reports and sales to identify trends and areas for improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Basic business math and accounting skills
• Can make strong analytical decisions
• Proficient computer literacy
• Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience in F&B industry
• Operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching, and development of managerial employees
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction
• Operates with integrity and confidentiality
