DUTIES

• Responsible for fleet operation management, tracking and reporting, including the creation of performance, efficiency, vehicle/equipment maintenance, and reports.
• To monitor vehicle documents required from the government (Road Tax and Inspection yearly).
  Develop strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
• Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local rules and regulations.
• Arrange scheduled vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor driver’s behavior and ensure a high responsibility.
• Maintain good performance of the fleet in market to be well known.
• To work closely with the cross-function to make daily performance active.
• Perform as a representation and salesman of the company to bring more customer.
• Strong commitment to generate revenue to the company.
• Develop new business opportunities to utilize our available fleet.
• Build up the local network and maintain our long-term relationship with our existing and new customers for business opportunities.
• Reports to Managing Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High Knowledge in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or related field
• Minimum 8 years experience in a similar role
• Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial capacity
• Demonstrate in-depth understanding of logistics process
• Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
• Proven experience in managing transportation and sales
• Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities and be responsive.
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate good in English, both written and spoken
