DUTIES

• Build/ expand the salesforce
• Conduct recruitment/sales seminar
• Establish/ improve sales process
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting;
• Project expected sale volume;
• Gather competitor information and just to the current marketing needs;
• Develop sales strategy;
• Join fieldwork with salesforce as needed;
• Lead/motivate/mentor/build a good relationship with salesforce;
• Sales performance management, maintain sales; planning monitoring, and appraising job results;
• Provide refreshment training and coaching salesforce regularly;
• Contribute to training manual development and planning;
• Support CSR activity and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform other tasks/duties that are assigned by the company from time to time
• Other tasks assigned by the company

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Sales and marketing, Management, HR or relevant.
• 5 years of experience in Agency Sales field in life insurance industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to communicate in both English and Khmer.
• Strong leadership and management
• Flexible and adaptable
• High commitment, challenging, and work under pressure
