DUTIES

• Consolidates and review monthly and annual tax submission in compliance with laws and regulations
• Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings
• Manages and coordinates tax queries and tax audits from GDT.
• Manages tax planning for all companies in the Group, and provide innovative tax solution to complex tax issues.
• Identify and suggest recommendations to mitigate tax risks.
• Maintains enough tax provision on general ledger and prepares tax-related data requests.
• Accurately prepare all kind of taxes and submit on time to tax authority.
• Fully responsible for systematic documentation and record-keeping of all relevant and sensitive documents.
• Manages annual corporate updates from MOC, MEF, and GDT.
• Facilitates administrative work with GDT for any related tax matters.
• Advises management on the impact of new laws on tax issues
• Coaches and trains tax accountants for tax preparation.
• Adheres to tax professional standards and ethics in tax functions
• Helps management with company-wide strategic planning
• Performs other duties assigned by the Owner.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or relevant field
• Knowledge in Cambodia Tax Law
• Good at Microsoft Office, internet, and email
• Good at English language in both writing and typing.
• Good at communication skills
• More than 2 years’ experience in Accounting & Tax.
