DUTIES

• Cooperate with relevant departments and vendor on ATM maintenance
• Cooperate with relevant departments and vendor
• Cooperate with other department on monitoring the availability of services or transactions via all merchants
• Facilitate with branches/ merchants and relevant department regarding to Merchant Operation securities
• Keep monitoring/ supporting Merchant/counter transactions.
• Responding on daily job with Team, Merchants and Branches
• Direct call in/out to/from branches/merchants
• Onsite support new merchant deployment to merchants/ branches and/or offsite support and training.
• Issue Tracking and Monitoring support via CCU & Other related team
• Keep monitoring all merchant to improve our Sathapana merchant operations service.
• Other tasks assigned by Unit Manager from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or relevant professional qualification in Business, Accounting, Economics or Management; or with relevant working experience in this area.
• Fresh Graduated are encourage
• Sound knowledge of financial services.
• Hard-working, commitment and willing to learn new thing with strong commitment.
• Good Communication skill and strong team player
• Good in verbal and written English.
