JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for position below.

DUTIES

• Process and analyze loan application by conducting credit investigations, scoring, credit checking and other activities to ensure good lending and loan quality of the branch.
• Conduct credit investigation to analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, property evaluations, repayment capacity to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Conduct a site visit during loan assessment process to ensure sufficient and acceptable loan security.
• Prepare and execute loan contracts, arrange loan disbursement timely, collect monthly payment and accurately fulfill clients’ needs and satisfaction.
• Other Tasks assigned by Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in any IT/Business related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of working experiences in banking and financial industry a strong track record granting loans related fields.
• Excellent knowledge of the bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, granting loans, and credit risk management.
• Good sales and customer services skills.
• Profession communicate in English and Khmer language, Chinese is a plus.
• Good teamwork, management, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
