Admin Officer

DUTIES
- make appointment for interview
- prepare related paper for the interview
- New staff preparation (Collect required document from new staff)
- Add finger scan
- Create staff ID
- Seat arrangement
- Offer the stationary to new staff
- Check & review monthly attendance for all staff
- Check KPI result for courier (check with Data from IT & result from Head of Department)
- Check OT from finger scanner & compare with OT report from HoDs
- Collect required paper for payroll process (Resignation paper, salary increment certificate, new staff profile, deduction paper)
- Arrange pay slip to staffs if they need.
- NSSF (បសស) processing
- Keep all official document (the copy paper, not original), Certificate from Ministry of Commerce, Patent, License
- Manage all company related contract, agreement (Keep in folder) stored in cabinet
- Count, maintenance (Call mechanic to repair) all asset of the company
- Check the quality of each home appliance
- Office Building inspection: Check the tidiness & hygiene of floor, stair, WC, meeting room (Directly manage Cleaner).
- Work with General Tax Department about vehicle transferring to Warehouse1.
- Check quotation, compare quotation, check supplier service quality, process payment, collect item for stock.
- Process all kind of payment, (Request petty cash, request for purchasing,
- payment request like, Office supply, Electricity, Water supply, Security guard fee.
