DUTIES
- Accurate identify a customer's query and provide a quick solution
- Provide friendly and responsive customer via phone/support channels by using excellent customer services skill
- Perform all admin task as requested efficiency and following process
- Other tasks assign by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2 Years experience in customer services field (telecom or banking industrial)
- Good at English & Khmer
- Good in MS Office applications
