DUTIES

• Illustrate and develop the annual plan, associated budgets and sales strategies;
• Optimize new and existing business opportunities to ensure business growth in line with the VF&B strategic plan;
• Develop and implement appropriate policies and procedures to cover key areas of operational activities;
• Devise yearly strategy and ensure that this is monitored, maintained and adjusted if needed;
• Monitor the Financial Costs, Expenses and ensure they are in adherence with the budget;
• Represent VF&B in front of business partners.
• Achieve Financial targets and business objectives as set by the Executive Director;
• Ensure that business risks are identified, understood and monitored to mitigate the potential risks;
• Ensure the business complies with local laws and regulations;
• Develop and direct all chains' operation and promotional activities, and monitor the effectiveness of the marketing campaign;
• Provide regular coaching and mentoring to all team members;
• Hold performance review and feedback;
• Provide leadership, motivation and guidance to all staff in order to achieve growth and profitability targets;
• Develop team on hard and soft skills based on job requirement
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in F&B business development, operations & management
• Bachelor degree in business management, hospitality, economics or related fields
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and development

•  Strong understanding of business operations strategy & expansion Good communication skill

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software Competent English communication skills
• Basic Chinese is a plus
• Understanding of leadership and management quality
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good understanding about and adaptability to workplace culture and expectations
• Pro-activeness in thinking and taking actions
• Understanding on how to develop the product
