DUTIES

• Make sure process fund transfer is timely and accurately with team;
• Monitor bank balance to be within the deposit limit. In case of exceeding the limit, the balance shall not exceed 200% of the limit for 5 consecutive calendar days;
• View online banking statements and confirm to branch on time with customers' cash/cheque deposit;
• To ensure there is always sufficient balance at specific banks for lenders and suppliers' payments;
• To ensure transfer to branches are done timely and accurately;
• Counterparties set up by requesting required documents from banks;
• Follow up Legal & Compliance and Cash Flow in account opening;
• Update each and every information held with banks to ensure it is up to date;
• Set up Counterparty limit after final document from team;
• To ensure our OTT and ITT completed by plan;
• NBC report ITRS (To ensure the report is done and delivered timely and correctly to NBC);
• To ensure report send to NBC via email before 2 pm;
• Make sure all project is finish before deadline;
• All project are useful to user and go smoothly;
• Buy NCD, renew OD at NBC, Exchange with Bank via NBCP, Swap, Spot;
• Process Dealing with Fis, Contact with other bank on Deposit, Record and control Deposit with other bank, Survey Market.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Finance and Banking;
• Knowledge in Operation and Financial Institute;
• Minimum 02 years’ experience in Treasury;
• Experience in Treasury is a plus/preferable;
• Good verbal and written communication both Khmer and English.
