DUTIES

• Instruct employee training and onboarding new join for bank policy and Core-Banking System
• Consult with other trainers, managers, HR and leadership for service quality both online and offline
• Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials (request user roll)
• Testing system with functional and review test cases performed transactions
• Maintain a database of all training materials
• Conduct training through UAT testing for Core-banking
• Review employee performance/learning/evaluate after training
• Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment for training
• Relief/support branch grand opening and lacking branch staff or any emergency leave

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in finance and banking, accounting, or any relevant field
• A year of working experiences in banking and financial services
• Leadership Skill
• Operations support core-banking system
• Good communication in English
• Others (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet and Outlook)
