DUTIES

• Manage and sending the reminder of payments to our customers based invoice due date
• Liaise with our customers for the collection of outstanding invoices
• Manage all collection queries
• Work with other business functions and team members to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers
• Update collection report and highlight collection risks
• Improve collection process to be more efficiency
• Oversee and feedback on rental program
• Work across functions on project that have in places
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager or management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 years experiences in AR collection
• Can work independently
• Be able to use excel and other accounting systems
• Very good communication skills
• Highly commitment
• Travel between different stations
• Good in English
• Good in Microsoft word and excel/ google sheet
• Be able to work with start-up company
• Willing to learn something new
• Work well across functions.
