Admin Officer

DUTIES
- Controlling stationary and office supply;
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
- Systematically filing important company documents.
- Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
- Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts
- Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
- Controlling, monitoring office equipment;
- Operate manual and computerized office system;
- Filing papers and maintaining databases;
- Check petty cash and cash advance at site projects;
- Other tasks assign by line supervisor and manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
- At least one year work in relevant field;
- Good Command in English and Chinese is an advantage;
- Computer Literate (Microsoft office);
- Be honest and willing to work hard as team;
- Good attitude, friendly, and good communication;
- Dynamic, highly committed and able to work under pressure;
- Cambodian national.
