JOB DESCRIPTION

This job is to overall see staff performance, maitain over staff benefit,, and allowance for the company. 

DUTIES
  • Enhanced the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Counsel Manager on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Ensured planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results and discipline employees and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
  • Maintained management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Prepare monthly payroll
  • Checked and controlling on Staff Leave Plan to be ensured that leave procedure was accurate by law.
  • Maintained human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Manage and control on staff benefit & compensation and staff insurance.
  • Responsible for staff insurance and NSSF
  • Controlled administration work flow and set up working plan for subordinate staffs.
  • Responsible for documents IN and out and draft official company letter to outside institution.
  • Prepare security and control on Camera to ensure security in the company.
  • Control and manage on office equipment supply and office station.
  • Laison with ministry and other institution for tax payment and other requirement works.
  • Manage all kinds of transportation and repairing and maintenance.
  • Responsible for company decoration and company party event.
  • Responsible and control on payment gasoline and other office requested.
  • Plan, develop and implement strategies for generating resource
  • Check daily of maintenance and fix works
  • Control on stock activities and report
  • Manage and motivate team members
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree Student at field Administration, Human Resource and management.
  • Have at least 3-5 years working experience Administration and Human Resource.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • good computer skills, including knowledge of word and excel.
  • ability to work under pressure willing to learn
  • good organizational and time management skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work on your own initiative;
