JOB DESCRIPTION

This job is resposible for prearing, reviewing, and update internal audit policy on annual basis, build and lead team, ensure all the policy has keep up to date and complice to local and internal law. 

DUTIES

• Prepare, review, and update internal audit procedure on annual basis.
• Develop an annual internal audit plan and get approval from CEO according to risk-based approaches as well as ISO standard requirement.
• Delegate/execute audit projects in accordance with approved internal audit plan or work plans and available resources.
• Perform unannounced audits, special examinations, fraud investigations, and assignments at the request of CEO (if any).
• Communicate the results of audit projects as well as the status of audit recommendation via written reports and oral presentation to CEO.
• Maintains an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization’s goals and objective.
• Cooperate with external auditors and other externa evaluator when required.
• Other tasks assigned by CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of auditing experience or final management.
• Good understanding of internal control, process, and risk analysis.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Khmer and English
• Computer literacy in Ms. Office, E-mail, and internet.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hard working and be able to work in a team.
• Able to make sound judgments, relevant and practical recommendation.
