JOB DESCRIPTION

This job is responsible for preparing IT audit, conduct preliminary audit and analysis, review and monitor audit mission, assist of line manager of assess IT audit. 

DUTIES

• To prepare monthly action plan by audit mission to make sure the achievement of the IT audit team meets the objectives setting and IT audit unit plan.
• To conduct preliminary audit analyses and prepare an audit program for audit mission macro-processes by identifying the risks per macro-process.
• To execute the audit program of audit mission by macro-process to ensure that the cost-effectiveness of the audit mission, risks of internal control design and implementation are properly identified and confirmed.
• Review and monitor internal audit results performed in order to make sure the completeness of audit findings, root causes, implications, and recommendations are well identified.
• Prepare briefing audit results and draft internal audit reports to heads of auditee in order to make sure that they are well-understood about detailed audit findings/issues.
• Assist line manager to do skill assessment of auditors under supervision and provide on-the-job training and coaching to new and existing teams to have full audit capacity and comply with audit procedures and programs.
• Perform controls assessment/ evaluation of relevant General IT Controls and IT Application Controls (i.e., Test of Design and Implementation, and Operating Effectiveness)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Computer Science and CISA is preferable, Bachelor of Science Major in Internal Auditing or Information Technology related courses.
• A degree in Computer Science and CISA is preferable.
• Knowledge in eICBA Banking System
• At least 3 years in Internal and External audit IT Audit or related field.
• Has a good understanding of how a potential issue related to GITC and/or ITAC could impact the audit. Good in the documentation and report preparation
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Required skills in IT audit, Risk assessment, and compliance.
• Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English.
