JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Unit: Leasing Department
Report to: Managing Director
Start Date: ASAP

DUTIES

• Source and secure tenants for the retail projects and community malls to meet leasing targets
• Assist to conduct social media marketing and B2B marketing to source potential tenants
• Attend to leasing enquiries from potential retailers
• Source tenants that are consistent with the retail plan and the positioning of the community mall
• Ensure that all leasing documentation is completing in good order
• Maintain strong and good relationships with existing and new tenants
• Understand the retail market and retail tenants to match prospective tenants with new store locations
• Attend site-visits, viewing and meetings as needed
• Prepare contracts and negotiate deals with prospective tenants
• To prepare leasing documentations and ensure prospective tenant comply to all terms and conditions as required
• Be professional, humble, honest and helpful at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

• Male or female, minimum 28 years old 
• Preferably the candidate has knowledge in shopping mall, community mall or retail industry.
• Required skill(s): Good organizational & leadership, strong communication, and negotiation skills and able to work independently
• Well organized and highly motivated to achieve
• Computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel and Quick Book
• Good communication skills in and Khmer and English
• Be professional, humble, honest and helpful
