JOB DESCRIPTION

This job is responsible for leading, delegating, guiding the team for designing the internal project, developing the concept design for construction drawing, provide technical solution for design project. 

DUTIES

• Responsible for leading, delegating, and guiding the team in designing internal relevant projects.
• Developing concept design into construction drawing.
• Site inspection (checking and correcting) during construction and progress reports.
• Coordinate between relevant disciplines.
• Provide technical solution when needed during designing projects.
• Provide technical solution when problems occur during construction progress.
• Work directly with line manager as well as top management.
• Check and verify technical drawing before submitting to top management/client/construction team.
• Planning and couching the team to ensure the project meet with quality check
• Ensure the teams are meeting deadline.
• Manage and check weekly schedule to update project progress.
• Any task as assigned by HOD/CEO/Chairwomen

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture or relevant field.
• At least 4-years experiences in similar position.
• Be creative/innovative.
• Able to use computer application (AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max + Rendering plug-in, SketchUp +Vray, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, Adobe In design, Ms. Office).
• Able to do hand sketching.
• Strong conceptual design, Creative.
• Good communication, friendly and welcoming person.
• Able to work under pressure, as a team and individual.
• Self-confident.
• Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment.
• Good behavior, hardworking, flexible, honest and self-motivated.
• Strong knowledge in professional skill.
• Good in writing, speaking and listening English.
