JOB DESCRIPTION

This job is responsible for risk assessment, perform asset test, facilitate for all audit traits, facilitate audit executive in daily work, follow and report issue by intnernal audit division. 

DUTIES

• Perform risk assessments analytic and discuss those risks with management in order to determine internal audit scope;
• Develop the audit program according to risks assessment and follow understanding from client control cycle;
• Perform Audit tests (operational and financial), verify the compliance of policies and procedures of the projects’ operations and prepare working paper in accordance with internal audit standard;
• Facilitate Audit Executive in daily work;
• Coach, train and develop auditing staffs to upgrade their knowledge;
• Review audit work paper, audit findings before sending to management to review;
• Follow audit report issue by internal audit division to make sure all finding and recommendation and management responses are taken to correction action;
• Building and maintain good relationship with company colleague and comply with company policies and internal audit code of audit;
• Other tasks assigned by Internal Audit Supervisor/Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance or Accounting, (ACCA is a plus);
• Proven at least 2 years experienced in auditing or related field;
• Knowledge of accounting and auditing principle/standards, and familiarity with various computer systems and applications;
• Good command in English (Chinese is priority);
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Quick book);
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Be patient, work hard, honest, and high responsibility;
• Be willing to travel to fields or province when required.
