JOB DESCRIPTION

This job is responsible for daily task assigned by manager, assist on documentation, coordinate with relevant with departments to make sure the tasks are well implemented, assist and organize manager meeting. 

DUTIES

• Assist in the daily tasks as assigned
• Assist in the documentation reviewal before getting approval
• Compromise with various departments on matters involved with the Manager
• Coordinate with relevant departments to make sure the tasks are well-implemented
• Make a follow up on the tasks assigned to relevant departments
• Translate documents from English to Khmer and vice versa (When Needed)
• Organize and assist in the meeting
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Gender and Nationality: Male or Female candidate with Cambodian nationality.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Management.
• Experience: Previous experience with a minimum 1 year in a PA role is preferred.
• Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English.
• Responsiveness: Ability to propose solutions and implement quickly and effectively.
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office.
