Khmer Capital Microfinance Institution Plc. is a license microfinance institution. We have launched operation since 28th July, 2017. Our mission is to contribute the financial services in order to improve Cambodian’s living condition. We are a new financial institution to explore of Cambodia potential market by providing financial products in such of business loan, SME loan, condo and housing loan, personal loan, consumer loan, and student loan with competitive rate. Currently, we are actively promoting our business and build internal competence, therefore we are encourage and invite talent and challenge candidates to join our team as following vacancies:

DUTIES

• Prospects new clients and assists them for loan application;
• Plan and execute promotion activities to meet target plan;
• Conducts loan assessment, collects detailed information, evaluation collaterals, and assess loan overdue.
• Prepares, submit, and execute loan agreement and application; and arrange for loan disbursement.
• Ensure promptly loan repayment and interest service;
• Maintains contact and good relationship with client;
• Ensure full compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and audit recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints
• Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects of loans.
• Other task assign by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in business or related filed.
• Minimum 2 years with related work experience in MFIs or Bank;
• Good understanding of credit analysis, collaterals, and legal process.
• Good in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Good at English language proficiency.
