JOB DESCRIPTION

Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia (FTB) is Cambodia's first and foremost bank. It has been providing customers with safe and reliable banking services for over 37 years. With our head office in Phnom Penh, we currently operate eleven branches and office in Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville, Siem Reap, Battambang and Kampong Cham province and plan to continue expanding our distribution network. In order to cope with the growth, we are looking for highly motivated and qualified candidates to join with our “Employer of Choice bank”:

This role is working in IT Department and responsibility for monitoring and supporting switching System and card management working smoothly.

DUTIES

• Support System (iSwitch / iCard / iCore / iSettle).
• Create system users and support end users.
• System parameters configuration.
• Support and Fix all the transaction issues from all channels (ATM/POS/MOBILE/Wing/VISA NET).
• Keep monitoring the interfacing connectivity with all channel (Mobile / Wing / VISA NET).
• Working with the VISA Net Support team to monitor the VISANET connectivity to minimize the downtime on VISA transactions.
• Working with Vendor to implement project and fix all system issues.
• Keep Monitoring System performance to up and running 24/7.
• Deploy patch Fix or Change Request to Production.
• Maintenance Switching and Testing System Environment (SIT/UAT).
• Maintenance the HSM (Host Security Module) and NAC.
• Generate VISA GOC report for Digital Department.
• Prepare monthly System Performance Report and report to Managements and relevant teams.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree of IT or related field
• At least two years’ experience related to the said position
• Good knowledge and understanding of ATM, Electronic Banking and banking products and services.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• A strong desire to work in a team oriented.
• High initiative, commitment, good communication and problem solving skills.
• Computer literacy and English language proficiency.
