DUTIES

• Maintains the strict surveillance necessary for the prevention, detection and apprehension of persons involved in any illegal or adverse activity; logs and reports such activity to the Surveillance Supervisor.
• Ensures all irregular, unusual, suspicious, or illegal activities are logged and reported as soon as possible.
• Possesses a broad range of skills that are competency based giving them the ability and flexibility to meet staff/customer needs.
• Strictly complies with the “Code of Ethics” at all times.
• Plays an active role in all loss prevention and safety programs as directed by the Surveillance Supervisor.
• Ensures that all surveillance equipment is functioning correctly and reports any malfunctions to the Surveillance Supervisor immediately.
• Plays an active role in the department digital library system.
• Assists with investigations as directed by the Surveillance Supervisor.
• Ensures the accurate and neat recording of all activities, as required, in the logs and reporting formats used for the Surveillance operation.
• Safeguards all confidential information and exercises due care to prevent its improper disclosure or use.
• Complies with all company rules, regulations, policies and procedures; and performs all duties in accordance with the highest professional standards at all times.
• Executes other duties as directed by the Surveillance Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Two years experiences
• High school diploma
• Excellent communication skills
