JOB DESCRIPTION

There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don't look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing.

DUTIES

• Doing legal research and legal translation.
• Facilitating works with government agencies such as IRC, MOC, GDT and local authorities.
• Reviewing documents, contracts and forms used to ensure they are legally correct and binding.
• Reviewing agreement/contracts with stakeholders and provide comments to ensure the legality.
• Taking lead in processing for license, patent tax, or any other approval letter from the relevant ministries as might be needed.
• Conducting legal training, if any, per assigned by line manager.
• Assisting in providing legal consultancy and guidance to staff and management on how to comply with related laws and regulations.
• Monitoring new laws and regulations and their changes related to Insurance (from Insurance Regulatory of Cambodia, National Bank of Cambodia, Ministry of Commerce, General Department of Taxation), and inform/notify the related departments as deem fit.
• Other legal and compliance related tasks assigned by line manager.
