JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the mechanical and electrical engineering of the project, and be responsible for the specific work of the mechanical and electrical department.

DUTIES

• Responsible for the review of construction drawings of mechanical plumbing, and electrical majors, and the technical disclosure of key processes
• Responsible for the daily management, coordination, progress and quality control of the construction site
• Responsible for solving the construction problems of the professional project on site, coordinating the design department to solve the existing design problems, and proposing solutions
• Responsible for the management of Party A, such as material and equipment acceptance, sampling and inspection, participation in the acceptance of key processes and hidden projects, and completion acceptance
• Responsible for the quality acceptance and evaluation of various sub-projects of the specialty
• Assist superior leaders to do a good job in project management and implement various tasks assigned by department managers responsible for the material/mock up inspection of MEP to ensure all follow it's specification

QUALIFICATIONS

• Total years of experience: 5-8
• Preferred sector: Real Estate
• Years of experience in the preferred sector: 3-5
