JOB DESCRIPTION

To assist commercial manager on preparing commercial report, products ordering until product

arrival, and facilitate with supplier for any price negotiation and claim.

DUTIES

• To obtained quotation from suppliers and place purchase order for local and oversea
  suppliers
• Search and collect market data for new product development and existing product
  improvement
• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost effective
  contracts and deals
• Well negotiate and communicate with suppliers to ensure good received on time with
  correct quantities and price
• Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business
  opportunities.
• Able to assist on stock planning and manage stock level on products need to import
• Able to do stock analysis between forecast and actual sale
• To support on coordinating the shipping documents from supplier
• Able to deal with the other department
• Other tasks assigned by department manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduate in Accounting, Business Management, Logistic or related field
  At least 2-year relevant experience on similar industry
• Able to work under pressure and deadline
• Fluently on English
• Self-improvement, working independently
• Good time management and manage priority task.
• Knowledge experience SAP would high advantage.
