- Calculation of net pay and salary of employee
- Salary and position structure
- Prepare summary report about manpower
- Orientation about salary and benefit calculation for new employee.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Cambodian
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting
- Able to communication in English
- Good at documents management,
- Good computer literacy
- Good communication skill, willing to service others
