Cambodian Energy Limited is currently looking for dynamic and experienced candidate to fill up the Training Officer position to be based in Sihanoukville Office.

Job Title: Training Officer


Location: Preah Sihanouk Province, Cambodia.

Schedule: Full Time 

Salary: Negotiate


Duties:

  • Develop technical training plan/program and documentation for the staff for continuous learning effectiveness.
  • Administering regular, detailed training needs assessment to identify skills deficits..
  • Conduct thorough needs assessment to gauge training needs.
  • Manage sit technical training administration include Training Report, Training Record, Training Policy and as well as Training Budget.
  • Liaise and coordinating external training as the need arises.
  • Conduct training effectiveness and monitoring staffs’ post-training performance by liaising with department managers.
  • Conduct training for both local and expats staff.
  • Upholding confidentiality, unless legally mandated to do otherwise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, education, human resources or a related field
  • 5 years’ experience working in Engineering and / or technical field,
  • Qualification in instruction and/or learning design is advantageous
  • Demonstrate experience as a Training Officer will be a strong advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in power generation industry, oil and gas or heavy industry, will be a strong advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong desktop and in-person research, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and highly capable disposition.
