DUTIES

• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Overseeing the relationship with customers of our sales team.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
• Collect all related information from customer​ both pro & corn
• Update customer about company program and policies
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
• Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
• Analysis information collected from customer and update to related management, with recommendation
• Other job assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Male/Female, age: 30-45 Years old
• Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
• Have experience in Customer management, Sales Management or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
• A team player with leadership skills.
• Strong Service mindset with positive attitude
• Be able travelling to work at provinces with own car and with valid driving license
