Deputy Head of Relationship Department

DUTIES
  • Oversee the department’s daily performance to address problems or challenges in order to solve on time
  • Propose, plan and develop strategies to drive department’s deposits growth targets
  • Build and maintain excellent relationship and engagement with key responders, merchants, partners and stakeholders
  • Review and support deposit proposal and overall risk analysis and benefits
  • Identify key areas for improvement in the department towards working process, teamwork and provide recommendation as necessary
  • Innovate new products and financial services to expand business growth in the agreed segments to achieve the agreed KPIs
  • Assist in improving sale techniques, sale strategies, customer services quality and maintain potential clients
  • Improve the products process to expedite customer turn-around time and services experience
  • Provide coaching and training to relationship team and branches to improve their capacity and emotional intelligence management.
  • Proactively explore innovative solutions and ideas in collaboration with technology, products, sales, sale promotion, digital services, marketing, and other stakeholders to create new and breakthrough merchants and partnerships
  • Explore innovation and implement process reengineering within the branch sales team to existing customers relating to deposit or business customers to enable customers’ onboarding and managements, to maximize staff productivity, and to minimize operational processes and risk relating with products and services being provided
  • Coordinate and cooperate with related departments on technical and centralized operation to ensure all financial or operations reconciliation are completed promptly
  • Manage all ATM sale, print and activating efficiently
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by manager
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of working experiences in managerial role of Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in Khmer language and English
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Computer literacy in MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and E-mail.
