Job Title: Sale and Listing Agents

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Duties:

• To make a cold Calling to target client and have a face to face meeting
• To create and maintain leads to achieve targets
• To conduct CMA (Comparative Market Analysis)
• To Build good relationship with clients
• To Have an ability to convince clients and make business deal
• To Identify client’s need and offer the best solution
• To be able to work inside and outside office
• To Keep update real estate knowledge and market
• To be able can work under pressure and other tasks assigned by manager
• To Provide information about the properties.
• To be able to have good community to the prospect clients.
• To be able to go to see property to get the information and condition to offer client’s need.

Requirments:

• Welcome Fresh Graduated of Bachelor degree in related skill.
• Good communication skill and setting up the appointment.
• Enjoy meeting people with warm and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Be flexible, team work, influencing and negotiation.
• Be patient, hardworking, honestly, integrities and strong commitment.
• Good written, spoken English and Chinese is priority.
• Knowledge in Ms. Office (word, excel and email).
